From your organization, who will be participating on the day of event?

Kindly note;

  • Non-Profits must provide documentation of their 501(c)3 status to qualify for the non-profit rate.

  • Artisan vendors is a non-corporate/non-franchise business that sells products and services including but not limited to: Jewelry, Clothing, Photography, Art work, etc...

  • Rocket City Pride reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny vendor participation based on application content, past event conduct, or publicly available information that may reasonably indicate a conflict with Rocket City Pride’s mission or the creation of a safe, welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ communities. Rocket City Pride is the sole curator and organizer of the event. All vendor agreements are with Rocket City Pride, not the City or venue operator. Rocket City Pride Fest is a curated, mission-aligned, private festival organized by a nonprofit and not a city-sponsored open-access event.
